EYELID SURGERY
Blepharoplasty surgery (eyelid tuck) is performed to cosmetically and functionally rejuvenate the eyelids and associated structures. Patients look more alert, awake and refreshed by rejuvenating the eyelids. As we age, the tissues around our eyes, including some of the muscles supporting our eyelids, weaken. This produces a sad and saggy look that makes us look old and tired. In addition, tissues that separate the cushioning fat around the eyeball become weak and fat protrudes into the eyelids forming bags under the lower eyelids and making the upper lids appear thick
BROW AND FOREHEAD SURGERY
In the ageing process, one of the most noticeable features is the descent of the eyebrows. The female eyebrows is normally arch shaped and above the level of the bony rim above the eyeball. The male eyebrow is usually at the level of the bony rim. In both males and females, ageing causes the eyebrows to droop and overlap the eyelids. It is common for people to feel that they need eyelid surgery because they have droopy upper eyelids. In reality , they need their forehead and eyebrows suspended back to their youthful position. If the patient has droopy brows and excess eyelid skin, then they may be addressed at the same surgery. Elevating the eyebrows, a forehead and brow lift smoothen the appearance of the forehead.
CHEEK- BUCCAL FAT PAD REDUCTION
Buccal fat pad reduction is a procedure that is performed to slim the cheeks or face. We refer to this as buccal fat pad reduction and not buccal fat removal, we do not recommend complete removal of the buccal fat.
NOSE- RHINOPLASTY
A rhinoplasty is a procedure that benefits patients who want to improve the appearance of their nose as well as their nasal breathing. A rhinoplasty is performed to change the shape and size of the nose to improve its aesthetic appeal and assist with nasal breathing. The surgery is conducted under general anaesthesia and involves sculpting the cartilage and nasal bone. The surgery usually requires refining the nasal tip and thinning the nasal bone. If the patient has any trouble breathing, these are also addressed. A rhinoplasty involves a small incisions at the base of the nose or along the inside of the nasal passage thereby eliminating visible scars.
NOSE- SEPTOPLASTY
Septoplasty is a surgical procedure to straighten the bone and cartilage dividing the space between your two nostrils (septum). When the septum is crooked, it's known as a deviated septum. A deviated septum can make it harder to breathe through your nose and can increase the risk of sinus infections due to poor drainage. During septoplasty, your nasal septum is repositioned by removal of the deviated part of the septum. This provides relief in nasal breathing.
NOSE- ALAR REDUCTION
Alar reduction is a surgical procedure in which the width of the nostrils are altered for either cosmetic or functional reasons. It may also make the nose perceptibly narrower The alar is the area of the nose from the tip of the nose and rounds outwardly towards the cheek. An incision is made on either the exterior or interior of the alar region in order to remove excess tissue. The surgery specifically targets the width of the nostrils only.
ENDOSCOPIC DCR (EYE WATERING)
Endoscopic DCR is a minimally invasive procedure to unblock tear ducts and correct other causes of decreased patency of the nasal passages
FACELIFT & NECKLIFT
A facelift, or rhytidectomy, is a surgery that aims to give a more youthful appearance to the face. It reshapes the lower half of the face by removing excess facial skin. Rhytidectomy can tighten loose, hanging skin around the jaw line, also known as "jowls." It can also remove deep creases around the mouth and nose, and excess, hanging skin and fat under the chin and in the neck.The procedure can also tighten the underlying tissues, and it may be combined with surgery to enhance the forehead, cheeks, brows, and eyelids.
LIPLIFT
A Lip lift is a surgery where excess skin is removed from the upper lip, just under the nose. This procedure is done to shorten the ageing lip and to roll out the upper lip to provide a pout. During the ageing process the upper lip elongates hiding the upper teeth and the upper lip tends to curl inward making it appear thinner. A lip lift can provide a more youthful and cometic show of teeth as well as eversion of the upper lip, giving a fuller appearance.
CHIN IMPLANT
A chin implant can enhance the contours, shape and balance of the face by increasing the projection of the chin and strengthening the jawline. Chin implants are by far the most frequent solution employed for aesthetic enhancement of receding chins. It is a gentle and straightforward surgical procedure that adds volume and structure to the jaw without changing the patient’s natural-given anatomy.
EAR SURGERY
Ear surgery, or otoplasty, is typically performed to set prominent ears back closer to the head, or to reduce the size of large ears. The problem is most often related to a flat cartilage of the outer ear, or to a prominent cartilage cup. In both cases, the cartilage will be moulded into a new and more desirable form.
TORN EARLOBES REPAIR
Ear lobes can become stretched or torn from heavy earrings or from trauma such as catching an earring with a hairbrush, children pulling them etc. Earlobe repair is easily done and is performed in the clinic with a simple minor procedure with local anaesthesia.
GAUGED EARLOBES REPAIR
Earlobe gauging is a body art treatment where people place sequential “plugs” or gauges into the hole in a pierced ear. Slowly increasing the size of the gauges produces dilated and sometimes extremely large holes in the earlobes. Repair is performed under local anesthesia and usually involves 2-3 procedures.
EARLOBE REDUCTION
Some patients inherit or develop large earlobes known as megalobes. There are numerous ways of reducing large earlobes. These include removing a pie shaped wedge of tissue or re-contouring the entire lobe. Regardless of the method, the surgery is simple and consists of a minor procedure per ear that is done in the clinic with local anesthesia.
EARLOBE REJUVENATION
Although many patient desire rejuvenation of the smile lines and lips with injectable fillers, most are unaware of the ability to rejuvenate the earlobes with simple filler injection or by fat grafting . As we age, the earlobes may be come enlarged and dangly and are approached by the methods described elsewhere on this page. Non surgical treatment is commonly performed, especially for earlobes that have lost their shape or volume and look wrinkled or deflated.

BOTOX
Injections of botulinum protein - toxin or Botox injections reduce the frown lines caused by muscle contraction, such as the lines between the eyebrows, forehead lines, crow’s feet in the corner of the eyes or bitterness folds at the corner of the mouth. It is injected directly into the muscles concerned using a very fine needle. A personal assessment is carried out at the first appointment and an anaesthetic cream can be applied one hour before the treatment. The results are visible after 4 days and last 4–6 months. After several years of regular treatment, wrinkles may disappear for a period lasting between 6 months and 1 year. The patient can immediately resume their activities; any hematoma or redness will be temporary. Any extreme sauna- or hammam-type heat must be avoided for the first 48 hours, as must exposure to the sun, massages or rubbing the treated area. An interval of at least 2 months must be left between sessions to prevent the body from producing antibodies. Undesirable effects such as drooping of the upper eyelids or the “Spock” look are always reversible with an adjustment injection.
FILLERS
Whether used to naturally re-sculpt the face, the lips , reduce wrinkles and lines, correct dark circles or bags or treat sagging skin, hyaluronic acid is favoured for its biocompatible and absorbable composition. This natural filler product helps to offset the reduced amount of hyaluronic acid produced naturally by your skin, owing to aging. A personal assessment is necessary prior to treatment. Following an in-depth examination of the treatment area, hyaluronic acid is injected through a needle or a very fine cannula. Depending on the individual’s degree of sensitivity, an anaesthetic cream may be applied beforehand. The session will last no longer than an hour. The results will be immediate and last on average one year. When repeated regularly, the treatment keeps the skin healthy and supple. Following the treatment, the patient can immediately resume their activity. Some patients will experience slight swelling, redness and/or temporary minor hematoma. Injections into the lips can cause significant swelling but this reduces in the hours following the injection. Any adjustments can be made 15 days after the session to optimize results. There are no side effects or contraindications, other than pregnancy and some autoimmune diseases. In the event of asymmetry, the physician may inject hyaluronidase, an enzyme capable of dissolving hyaluronic acid, to correct the flaw.
FAT GRAFTING
Fat transfer is often known as fat grafting. It is a natural, minimally invasive surgical procedure to move fat from an area of the body where it is plentiful, and transferring it to the face to restore lost volume. The fat is gently removed using modern using Tulip Medical Products, and is then prepared for injection into the face. This produces a very natural appearance, and there is little risk of infection or rejection of the fat by the body. Common treatment areas include the nasolabial folds (between the nose and the lips), marionette lines (between the lips and chin), flattened cheeks, sagging jaws, and hollows under the eyes. A diagnostic consultation is required before the procedure.
PRP
PRP injections (platelet-rich plasma) consist in using the patient’s own blood which naturally rejuvenates the skin. The skin becomes more supple and toned, with fewer wrinkles and greater elasticity and firmness. The complexion is evened out (especially dark circles, which are lighter). When injected into the scalp, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) reactivates the hair bulbs encouraging regrowth.
PRP+ Nano Fat
To further enhance the effect of PRP, a combination of Nano-fat and PRP can be used. Stem cells are taken from the patients own fat tissue and combined with PRP to deliver more effective results. A personal assessment is necessary at the first appointment
